నడుము నొప్పో, మెడనొప్పో కనిపించని సాఫ్ట్వేర్ ఉద్యోగి ఉండరంటే అతిశయోక్తి కాదు. ఎక్కువ సేపు కూర్చుని ఉండడం, కూర్చునే భంగిమ లాంటివన్నీ ఈ సమస్యలకు ప్రధాన కారణాలు.

తలనొప్పే కదా అనుకుంటే దాని వెనుక ప్రమాదం ఉండొచ్చు. మందులు వాడినా తలనొప్పి తగ్గదు. కాని పెరుగుతూ ఉంటుంది. రెండు వారాల వరకు అలాగే ఉందంటే మెదడులో ఏ కణితో ఉందేమో అని అనుమానించాలంటున్నారు వైద్యులు.
