Physiotherapists play a vital role in antenatal and postnatal care by providing education, exercises, and treatment to manage pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions and promote recovery after childbirth. Pregnancy is an amazing period in every woman’s life. As every pregnancy is different and females go through different problems, physiotherapy helps to overcome the problems by incorporating various treatment plans, it includes proper assessment, pelvic floor exercises, strengthening and flexibility exercises, relaxation techniques, core stability exercises,education and proper counseling.

Each participant will be trained in the management of pre & postnatal exercise program. Upon completion each physiotherapist will get better hands on experience and will be confident enough in handling pregnancy cases. We hope you benet the most from this workshop at Yashoda Hospitals, Malakpet.
