Dr. Deleep Kumar Gudipudi is a Consultant Radiation Oncologist who specialises in the treatment of Head & Neck, Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary Malignancies. His other interests include Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT), and Adaptive Radiotherapy.

After completing his medical training in Radiation Oncology at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, he undertook fellowship training at the world-renowned Simon Cancer Center and Proton Therapy Center, Radiation Oncology, Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, USA, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Giuseppe Del Priore (mentor), Professor Dr. Higinia Cardenes, and Professor Peter Johnston (Chairman Radiation Oncology).

Dr. Deleep Kumar has a prolific research record with 58 peer-reviewed publications, including oral and poster presentations at national and international meetings, and has authored a textbook chapter titled, “Impact of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy on the Uterus in Fertility Preservation: Emerging Technologies and Clinical Applications.” Apart from peer-reviewed publications, he was a recipient of the Young Doctor Summit Fellow Award at the International Gynecological Cancer Society (IGCS) 14th Biennial Meeting, 2012, held at Vancouver, Canada, and an IGCS Traveling Scholars Program 2013 Grant to attend Simon Cancer Center, Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis. He attended an advanced radiation oncology training course in IMRT/IGRT/SBRT at the National Cancer Institute Singapore in 2017.

After working for various renowned organisations for over a decade, he joined Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City, as a Senior Consultant, Department of Radiation Oncology, to work with MR-LINAC (an advanced radiation machine with cutting-edge technology that enables daily adaptive treatments with the assistance of daily MRI scans).
