We are looking for an experienced US recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. As a US recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Healthcare professionals. You should have a strong understanding of the Healthcare industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional associations, and other relevant channels.
- Familiarity with regulations such as HIPAA and other healthcare-specific compliance standards.
- Ensure that recruitment processes align with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Work closely with healthcare facility administrators and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and unique requirements.
- Possess a deep understanding of various healthcare roles, their responsibilities, and the specific skills required for success in those roles.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews of the candidates.
- Ability and willingness to learn about new requirements and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
