Job Responsibilities

Ensure effective services and guidance are provided to patients coming to OPD for doctor
consultation and maintaining stipulated TAT in all areas of service.

Consultants Management
Appointments
Patient Coordination
To maintain all records / documentation /daily report in OPD
To ensure quality services to in patients admitted in wards AMCU, ICCU and !NCU and other wards..
Ensure PREs provide quality services to all patients in their respective wards by coordinating with the other departments.
To ensure that PREs maintain and update the admission & discharge registers.
To carry out daily rounds to check whether all the patients are satisfied with the
services provided and address complaints / escalations from patients / patient
attendants and resolve them.
