Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding and assisting patients for all investigations and within stipulated TAT.
- Receive patients and collect prescriptions and get the billing done on first come first serve basis.
- Keep track of patients at all investigation rooms and guide them
- Counsel patients about criteria/preparation for investigations
- Schedule slots for Radiology investigations
- Coordinate with Technicians for quick completion of tests
- Taking consents for required investigations
- Coordinate for receiving, conducting investigations and dispatching to ward to all IP patients.
