Job Description

To work under the direction of the Head of IT.
To provide high standards of network and system support – Including day to day operations & monitoring of Infrastructure, this includes providing safety and security of Network and system.
To direct and support IT staff as agreed by the Head of IT & Infra Head

Job Responsibilities

To lead a team of IT professionals and to ensure industry best practice are followed at all times
To assist Infra Head in achieving departmental KPIs as per KFA
Ensure the infrastructure uptime requirements are met as agreed.
Ensure to adhere to the information Security policies
Project Manage assigned projects end-end.
Vendor Management
Has experience and able to perform as an individual contributor on domain knowledge as below,
Cisco Router, Switches, Wi-Fi Controllers, Wi-Access Points.
Fortigate Firewall, SonicWALL firewall
oWindows Server Administration
oLinux Server Administration
Team Management: Should be a team player and have handled a team of 5 to 10 members,

B-Tech / MCA/BSc with relative industry experience and Industry accredited certification given in below
