We are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent experience in managing MIS processes and procedures for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Streamline and automate data collection processes to enhance the accuracy and speed of reporting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to support key business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the MIS framework and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor MIS accordingly.
- Utilize various platforms and tolls to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of MIS operations.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience in setting up and managing MIS systems. Strong expertise in data analysis and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent verbal communication abilities.
- Hand-on Experience working of Microsoft tools.
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare revenue cycle management will be considered a plus.
