Job description:
- Implementing Hospital rules and regulations applicable to laboratory, in accordance with the quality policy
- Overall management of proper functioning of laboratory
- Ensures that all the protocols are followed
- Supervision of the performance of the department staff and ensures standardization
- Guide and instruct staff
- Resolves day to day problems
- Receives reports and acts accordingly
Skills Required: Good communication skills, leadership qualities and sound knowledge of all the procedures, good analytical and presentation skills, quality control program and bio-medical equipment functions, operations and ability to control total system
