Dr. Sanjeev Sasmith B is a highly experienced Plastic and Reconstructive Microvascular Surgeon with over 26 years in clinical practice. Over the course of his career, he has performed more than 10,000 surgeries, reflecting both his surgical expertise and the trust placed in him by patients.

He completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool,building a strong foundation in surgical sciences. He further super specialized with an MCh in Plastic Surgery from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad- one of the leading, high volume training centers in India.

Being trained in a high-output centre like Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sasmith has gained wide exposure across all subspecialties of Plastic Surgery, including Craniofacial surgery, Hand surgery, Microvascular surgery and Onco Reconstruction Surgery,Reconstructive and General Plastic Surgery, Maxillofacial surgeries, Microvascular replantations, Burn Surgery and management as well as Cosmetic and Aesthetic surgery. During his training days he has done extensive research on VAC(Vacuum Assisted Closure) and its clinical applications for better wound healing techniques.

Dr. Sasmith has received advanced training in Ultrasonic VASER Liposuction techniques in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,USA enhancing his skills in modern body contouring procedures. Additionally, he gained valuable exposure in Hand Transplantation at the renowned Mayo Clinic , Rochester,Minnesota,USA, further strengthening his expertise in complex reconstructive surgeries.
