Dr Nithin is an accomplished speaker at national conferences and author of books and also heads the fellowship programme to train junior surgeons in arthroscopy.

His surgical training was carried out at the renowned centres in Birmingham, Sheffield, and Yorkshire, and he finally did a fellowship in London. He did a shoulder fellowship in the prestigious Calvert Fellowship under world-renowned Dr Andrew Wallace for shoulders and Dr Andy Williams for knees. Dr Nithin works extensively with a number of charities, providing his surgical services and helping develop the surgical skills and adoption of new technology.
