About the Doctor

Dr. Sagari Gullapalli is a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist with specialized expertise in Pediatric and Adult Epilepsy at Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City. During her residency in the Department of Neurology, she supervised hundreds of mechanical thrombectomy procedures, utilizing advanced imaging techniques such as CT perfusion, and has extensive hands-on experience in thrombolysis for acute stroke, having managed hundreds of cases.

She has received advanced training in pediatric epilepsy at one of Asia’s leading pediatric epilepsy centres and has successfully treated numerous complex epilepsy cases in both children and adults. Her clinical expertise also extends to the management of movement disorders, dementia, and critical neurological conditions.

Dr. Sagari offers comprehensive care for a wide spectrum of neurological disorders involving the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles, including headaches, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, neuropathy, neuromuscular disorders (such as ALS and muscular dystrophy), peripheral nerve disorders (Bell’s palsy), meningitis, and traumatic brain injuries, as well as neck and back pain caused by radiculopathy, delivering advanced, evidence-based neurological care.
