A 12 year old boy named Santosh was referred to Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda from a local hospital where he was on ventilatory support and in an extremely critical condition with zero body movements. On further investigation it was found that the child was suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome, Hypertension, nearing to KidneyFailure with symptoms of Heart Failure due to which the functioning of his brain was affected as well.
