How It Works

• Fill in the Patient Details and upload TCS employee id card image
• To confirm the online consultation with your doctor, make an online payment in the payment section.
• Apply the coupon code if any
• After a successful payment, an email/message will be sent to you with the details provided by you.
• Our representative will get in touch with you to explain the process and confirm the time slot.
• On confirmation, you will receive a meeting link for a video consultation with our doctor.
• Click on the link to start your consultation at the confirmed appointment time.

• Our representative will contact you between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.
• We will try our best to connect you with a specialist of your choice for Online doctor consultations. We will alternatively connect you with another specialist in case your preferred specialist is unavailable.
• The selected slot is only indicative and the actual appointment date and time is confirmed over the call after checking the doctor availability
• Consultation fees remain the same for both new and also the review doctor consultations
• Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: In case of non-confirmation of the appointment by a specialist doctor/refund/cancellation /rescheduling of the online doctor appointment due to any reasons, please send us an email at telehealth@yashodamail.com. Our representative will contact you.
