Job description:
- To ensure all the PRE’s are in their respective wards in time and also carries out the required rearrangement of staff.
- To ensure the PRE’s visits every patient in their respective wards / units and provides the necessary service by coordinating with the other departments.
- To ensure that admission & discharge register is being maintained and updated.
- To ensure that there is not much delay in both the process of admission and discharge, and the patient is well explained about the time required for discharge.
Skills Required:
Good communication, leadership qualities, ability to solve problems and manage people.
