  • Responsible for end to end process of Patient Care – Medical, Financial, Administrative,Logistic co-ordination.
  • Medical Tourism ID & International Services ID –
    a) In close association with Office Co-ordinator at corporate office MONITOR the exchange of mails between Units (Medical/Doctors/CC Officers, Billing & Managers)
    b) Interfere in case of clarification, billing escalations and query management – timely responses.

  • Noting Patient Arrival Details – Taking Prior Appointments with the Specialists for the Date of Arrival.

  • Co-ordinating their Medical Evaluation, Treatment Plan and ensuring adherence to the given Estimate

  • Consulting with the Treating Specialists and their team for change of treatment and additional procedures and informing Corporate and respective Managers.

  • Co-ordinating with the Billing team in collecting the Estimate amount & GOP’s (credit billing) and convincing duly the patient on extra charges for additional procedures and change of treatment plans

  • Patients and their attendants Care & Complaints: Issues like Food, SIM Cards (Telephone & Communication), Translator’s, Guest House, Hotels, Forex & petty necessities.

  • FRRO Co-ordination with the Customer Care executives.

  • Translator co-ordination and their attendance regulation in conjunction with respective managers.

  • Cross Selling of Health Packages, Consultations & minor procedures to Patient’s Attendants.

  • Co-ordination with Customer Care executives for City Tour & tourism, shopping, Change of ticket and departure formalities.

  • Discharge Summaries, “DAILY CLINICAL UPDATE” reporting & Final Bill copies to be mailed to the Corporate as & when and on a daily basis.

  • Reporting Personnel – (Administratively & Functionally) All the 3 Units International – Relational Ship Officers, Executives, PRO’s and Billing Executives.

  • Airport Counter – Monitoring and reports – Bimonthly from Airport Services Manager & Senior Executive.

  • International Guest House – Monitoring and Maintenance (Below are the responsibilities of CC Executive – Monitoring required)
    a) Managing the Logistics, Housekeeping, maintenance, rent & issue
    b) Co-ordinating with International Managers for Guest House Occupancy
