The
admission process wil starts in 20th January and
20th July for the respective academic years.
Training
Charges
The selected candidate
should pay Rs.50,000/- per year towards the accommodation,
tution fee, Internet, guest lectures & six
month theory & practical exam fee. Training
charges should be paid either D.D. or cheques.
In favour of “Yashoda Hospital”, Hyderabad.
Stipend
During the academic
period the Broad Speciality student will get monthly
stipend of Rs.10,000/- 1st year, 11,000/- second
year and 12,000/- Third Year. The super speciality
students also get stipned Rs 14000/- 1st year,
15000/- 2nd year , 16000 3rd year.
Satellite
Transmission
The Trainees will
get satellite transmission programme facility
in collaboration with I.G.N.O.U
Assessment
of Trainees
The Institute shall
conduct six Monthly appraisal tests of DNB trainee
in respective specialization. The assessment would
cover theoretical knowledge clinical skills, procedural
skills, communication skills, knowledge of Health
Care System ethical and legal issues. The exam
will conduct by the Institute under supervision
of Local appraisers.
Registration
After the admission
in the DNB programme, the candidate should sent
to the Board with registration form duly filled
and attested Xerox copies of certificates to be
enclosed.
Protocol
The trainee both
Broad & Super specialization be sent to the
Board within the three months of their enrolment
for acceptance.
Basic Sciences
The trainees should
attend the basic sciences classes in addition
to the training offered in the specialty by way
of a mandatory one month rotation posing each
year in the Hospital Laboratory, so as to enable
the DNB trainees to gain invaluable knowledge
in subjects like anatomy, Pathology, Histopathology,
Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, etc.
Library
The Institutional
Library should be accessible on all days except
national holidays and functions between 9:00 a.m
to 11:00 p.m. each day

a) Board Speciality
Courses: MBBS Degree recognized by MCI with a
pass in NBECET
b) Broad Speciality Course for Secondary Candidates/Tutors:
MBBS Degree recognized by MCI and Diploma in their
respective speciality.
Secondary candidates shall be admitted only after
filling up of candidates in
the primary seats
Duration – 2 years.
c) Super Speciality
Courses : The candidate should pass P.G.Degree
recognized by NBE/MCI) in their respective specialities.
From January 2009 the P.G. students should also
qualify the NBECET exam.
Duration –
3 years.
d) Family Medicine
Trainees: Should pass MBBS Degree recognized by
MCI only.
